As Senior Marketing Manager Home Life, part of the Global Marketing team in Amsterdam, you lead the go-to-market strategy for new product introductions and ensure content strategies and execution are aligned with marketing targets. You are responsible for content creation related to new product introductions, always on campaigns (social media/app), commercial moments & sustainability in the Home Life Global Marketing team.

Description of the role

We aim to find in you the new Senior Marketing Manager Home Life (for Garment Care), which is part of the Global Marketing Team, based in Amsterdam. In this role you will focus on implementing the Home Life marketing strategy while leading key growth marketing initiatives for the business. You are responsible for overseeing the content strategy and execution across all consumer touchpoints to maximize the impact of Versuni's value propositions in Home Life. As the key counterpart for the business, you ensure that engaging, distinctive and audience-centric insights, innovation, go-to-market and communication are deliverd. You know the best what Versuni's consumers need. You collaborate with agencies, business and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layouts. Also, you provide guidelines for adaptation and localization in the markets. 

In this position you do not manage a team.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree, with 6-8 years of experience in business marketing, strategy and go-to-market.  You are strong in translating customer insights and new product features into an innovative go-to-market plans,  creative concepts and campaigns. You are a true business partner for internal stakeholders (product management, markets, brand management, media, design and digital experience) and external (creative) agencies/studios. You are experienced in developing creative briefs and challenging all parties to achieve the best propositions, campaign assets and toolkits. 

Furthermore, you are:

  • strong in stakeholder management, empathetic;
  • creative thinker, proactive, with an eye for newness & thinking outside the box;
  • results-driven, with a very good eye for details;
  • fluent in English.
